 West Winds subdivision is a beautiful new neighborhood in the "70 West" area, off of  Marion Anderson Road with home prices around $300,000 - $500,000. The neighborhood has paved streets with concrete curbs and offers two gate guarded entrances for its residences. The main entrance features a double iron gate with brick columns with lavish landscaping surrounding, and a single iron gate at its rear entrance. The community features many new upscale homes with plenty of space among the residences with most lots approximately a half acre in size. The community has strict covenants with a 2,400 sf (heated/cooled living spa ce) minimum building requirement, which is a major component in maintaining or improving the homes' values.
This quaint neighborhood lies on rolling grounds, with a  view of the mountains surrounding it. Lake Hamilton is just outside its gated entrance and across the street. The West Winds Property Owners Assocation (POA) owns a piece of waterfront ground there, which allows residents to use the grounds for picnics or just an extra place to expand their outdoor leisure time.
