While Jeff was highly successful in the transportation business, Paulia, a registered nurse, had climbed the ladder to district manager of a medical staffing agency. While both careers offered a comfortable lifestyle, they both knew they were missing something. This became more clear each time they visited Hot Springs. With her tenacious nature, Paulia began to ask “Why don’t we make a permanent move to our favorite place?” “There was no need to wait until we retire!” Jeff already knew the lake homes like the back of his hand, because he spent many hours cruising the lake and constantly researching the market.
